About Derek
Derek may be new to real estate, but he is not new to working hard and getting the job done. Before starting his career in real estate, he was a gm certified automotive technician for landers Chevrolet in Benton for 5 years then he went on to become a diesel technician working on a fleet of trash trucks for republic services for 4 years in Little Rock. Derek is a Pottsville Apache high school graduate where he married his high school sweetheart Haley Vestal Rose, a sweet little country girl from Danville. In his free time, Derek enjoys hunting, fishing, sport shooting and is a member of the Arkansas River Valley Gun Club. He is unique because he has ties in Yell, Pope, Faulkner and Saline County. Derek and his wife moved to Vilonia in 2020 where they built their dream home and welcomed their beautiful baby girl into the world. He is passionate about helping people find a home to build their future in. His eagerness to learn and the love for his wife Haley and 6-month-old daughter Magnolia Rose is what drives him to work so hard.
